5. No Brokerage or Transaction Guarantee

ClearMakaan operates as a technology platform and does not, by default, act as your real-estate broker, legal advisor, tax advisor, or financial advisor unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee transaction closure, outcomes, pricing, appreciation, or suitability for any purpose.

• Automated scraping, abuse, denial-of-service, or malware distribution.
