Magarpatta City is a landmark township development company based in Pune, established in 1998. It is best known for developing Magarpatta City, one of India’s earliest and most successful privately planned townships, located in Hadapsar, Pune. The project was developed through a unique farmer-entrepreneur model, where landowners collectively formed a development company to build a self-sustained urban township. Magarpatta City integrates residential apartments, IT parks (Cybercity), commercial spaces, schools, healthcare facilities, retail zones, and recreational infrastructure within a single master-planned ecosystem.
